To establish EVN – Land Saigon

Ho Chi Minh City Power Company has just released a document that proposes the personnel of the company to register to join capital contribution for the establishment of Saigon Vina Land Power Joint Stock Company ((EVN – Land Saigon). According to this document, the chartered capital of EVN – land Saigon will be VND 1,500 billion, of which Ho Chi Minh City Power . Company will contribute 21%, approximately VND 315 billion.
The subjects who are allowed to buy shares are company’s personnel estimated by October 31, 2007, including personnel of Power Construction Consulting Center and Electromechanic Joint Stock Company. Expectedly, the minimum registered share of each one of the personnel is 1,000 shares, the maximum is 5,620 shares and the price is VND 10,000/share.
Although the time of capital contribution has not been fixed, there has been the phenomenon of offering the rights of buying EVN – Land Saigon’s shares in line with working years with the price of VND 20,000/shares in OTC market.
