On November 30th morning, Tri An hydropower Company received the third rank Independence Medal for its excellent achievements for the past nearly 20 years.

Since the operation of the generating unit, Tri An Hydropwer Company has generated 35 billion kWh of power on the national power network for 20 years.  The President of Tri An Hydropwer Company, Mr. Nguyen Kim Phuc, has been honored the third rank Labour Medal by the State. 

Tri An Hydropwer Company has the total capacity of 400 MW with the annual average power output of 1.76 billion kWh. The plant generated the first unit on January 1st, 1988.
