He said, when choosing the compact lamp, the consumers pay attention to the technical criterion such as durability, longevity, productivity of light, the quality of the light suitable for eyesight, products’ warranty.
The average longevity of the compact high quality lamp is normally from 6.000 to 10.000 hours, stable light. It gets that quality because the products are produced on the closed technological line and supervised pursuant to ISO procedure.
Compact high quality lamps are applied Tricolor phosphor fluorescent technology to reach the productivity of light highly (up to 60 lm/w ), to perform the feature of power saving 80% in comparison with round lamp (up to 80Ra of the high color transmittance), the better quality of light, more honesty, and that helps the consumers’vision better.
And the cheap products are only used from1000 hours to 3000 hours. As there is no process for the standard quality testing throug the steps in the manufacturing and the products are manufactured, assembled manually, the average of the wrong products is very high, they make up from 10% to 20%. The bulb is used the fluorescent powder, Halophosphat Canxi (HCP) so the productivity of light and the index of the color transmittance are low. The technology is 30-50 times cheaper than flourescent activated technology Tricolorphosphor that the high quality of the compact lamps are being used. The light of the cheap lamps are not good and it does not ensure the color and gives an direct effect on the consumers’ vision, and especially the vision of the children.
On the other hand, the warranty between the compact high quality lamps and the poor quality is difference. Dien Quang compact lamp is typically guaranteed for 15 months from the manufacturing date on the products via the customer care system. In reality, many consumers buy the cheap products and spend much money on electricity. When there is something wrong with the lamps, they do not know where to guarantee?
To satisfy the consumers’ demand, the compact lamp market has plenty of kinds with the different output such as: 2U, 3U and twist; output: : 5W, 7W, 8W, 9W, 11W, 14W, 15W, 18W, 20W, 45W, 65W; daylight lamp and warmwhite lamp are suitable for the climatic environment in Vietnam.
