In this examination, candidates have to undergo 2 examining rounds, writing and interviewing, including the following contents: moderating models and movements to deal with problems of national power network. Among them, numerous specific circumstances relevant to operating management of 110kV power network have been raised by examination commission to check the responses of candidates. The examination has taken place seriously and effectively. All of the 11 candidates have gained marks 7 and 8. With this result, EVN will officially hand over the operating duty to the company in next September.
After being in charge of controlling the 110kV power network, the company’s Moderating Department will cooperate with departments to build a training plan to develop the competence of moderators, aiming at creating a moderator group that comes up to EVN’s standard.
