Impsa's billion- dolar wind power plan can-celled

 

According to local authori- ties, the investor failed to com- plete invesment procedures on schedule as committed in 2011, when its invesment plan cost- ing an estimated $203 billion was approved. The local au- thorities said they would seek a new investor for the project located in Ninh Phuoc and Thuan Nam districts.
