What is green building?
LEED is certified by the US Green Building Council (USGBC). A project follows LEED standards to ensure a sustainable location, efficient use of resources, clean water, optimal use of energy, minimum waste and innovative building design.

BM Windows has the only glass and aluminium factory in Viet Nam that meets LEED standards.
Put into operation in May 2017, the efficiency of the factory's water treatment system is 35 per cent higher than a normal factory. Its automatic lighting control system and special design helps the factory ultilise natural light to save 20 per cent of electricity. Low emission air conditioning systems reduce by 74 per cent the overall thermal transfer value (OTTV). Its roofs, made of solar reflective materials, help cut electricity consumption by 15 per cent.
The BM Windows factory applies the world's leading modern technology from Germany to help maximise production efficiency and protect the environment.
