EVNHANOI and EVNCPC cooperate to connect two Customer Care Center switchboards

The memorandum of understanding (MOU) cooperation signing ceremony in connecting the two Customer Care Center (CCC) switchboards of Hanoi Power Corporation (EVNHANOI) and Central Power Corporation (EVNCPC) took place on the afternoon of November 23 at Hanoi.

The connection cooperation of the two CCCs of EVNHANOI and EVNCPC is to increase backup capacity for both parties, reduce waiting time for customers at peak times, as well as reduce call-drop rate, thereby improving customer service capacity.
 
The two sides focus on implementing cooperation in two phases. Phase 1 is the connection for services that are likely to overload the switchboard such as power outage reporting, power failure reporting, electrical safety, building a scenario to respond to customers in case the customer requests other services. Phase 2 will proceed to connect the remaining services.
 
During the connection process, both parties will use the correct overflow threshold algorithm, deploy the overflow reception subgroup to ensure the connection process and the call-receiving ability.
 
Mr. Vo Quang Lam requested that EVNHANOI, EVNCPC and the two CCCs carry out the work to meet the technical requirements after the signing ceremony, and at the same time organize training for the telephone staff to quickly operate to serve customers.
