The geophysical survey and research are the key works to help understand the condition of the seabed and stimulate the activities for developing models of the earth face and the designs of foundation.
CPIM will cooperate with the Danish subcontractors as Danish Geological Survey Department and Greenland (GEUS) under the Danish Ministry of Energy, Infrastructure and Climate to carry out these two contracts.
According to the La Gan Geophysical Survey Contract, CPIM and GEUS will work closely to collect hydrological data and seabed sediment samples to determine depth, seafloor characteristics and bottom geology.
Under the La Gan Geological Research Contract, CPIM and GEUS will also conduct assessing the marine geological conditions, organisms and use of marine resources. These assessments will provide essential inputs for offshore wind farm development.
Danish Ambassador to Vietnam, Mr. Kim H.
