The award ceremony was held by the Vietnam Software and Information Technology Services Association (VINASA) on the 1st of December 2022 in Hanoi.
Construction Investment Management Software System solution (IMIS 2.0) is a tool to support monitoring, operating, and controlling data during the construction process of construction investment projects throughout Vietnam Electricity.
The IMIS 2.0 software system, built on the previously developed IMIS 1.0 platform, utilized and promoted the strengths of each existing product, and added and adjusted the missing and incomplete features to complete the product that deploys shared software for EVN, helping to improve the application of information technology in the field of construction investment. In addition, the software is also an interactive platform between the 3 parties, the contractor, the supervision consultant, and the project management board.
The software helps EVN manage construction investment projects from project approval to project settlement. Therefore, throughout the implementation process, the relevant information is managed and stored. Some outstanding functions in the system such as Information management of planning, bidding, construction supervision with images, using image recognition AI and especially the construction logging process and work acceptance records electrified and done by electronic signature instead of the traditional paper.
At the same time, it provides features to meet the needs of construction investment management such as appraisal and approval of investment procedures and capital plans; Tenders management, contracts, and payment disbursement; Price information search response based on contracts for the procurement of materials and equipment and contracts for expert salary costs, including capital for construction investment and production and business;
With 11 modules such as Plan; Investment preparation; Tender management; Compensation for site clearance; Other work contracts; Settlement; Monitoring; Document management; Management of equipment prices and expert salaries; Executive management; System administration, IMIS 2.0 is deployed centrally at EVN and connected and integrated with EVN's shared systems such as bidding web, EVN portal, PMIS, DO, EVN's shared database system, EVNCA, SSO, BI.
The software is currently being deployed for Vietnam Electricity; 09 corporations and units under 9 corporations; units under EVN and received the 2018 Sao Khue Award awarded by VINASA.
