The National "Creative Youth" Award in 2022 is an activity within the National "Creative Youth" Festival 2022. The award is hosted by the Central Committee of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union to reward and honor individuals and collectives who are union members and young people having excellent creative works and products applicable to studying, working, and production; arousing creative potential and qualities of Vietnamese youth, promoting ideas, inventions, scientific research, technical improvements, mastering and putting into practice advanced science and technology.

In 2022, the youth union members of the EVN’s Youth Union have engaged in developing more than 350 technical innovation initiatives, being the core force at the units in creative, initiative construction movements, bringing a lot of practical benefits to improving production and business efficiency at EVN and its subsidiaries.
In addition, at this commendation ceremony, the grassroots Youth Union of Da Nang Power Company Limited (under the Youth Union of the Central Power Corporation) received a certificate of merit from the Central Committee of the Youth Union with the project "Application of routing algorithm and remote statistic data to build a program to automatically analyze and warn low voltage customers".
