Ho Yen So 110kV substation was constructed on June 30, 2020 in Hoang Liet ward, Hoang Mai district. The project comprises three 63MVA transformers, two of which are installed in this phase (T1; T2).

The substation is operated unmanned, all equipment is controlled by a computer system, connected to the SCADA system to be remotely monitored and controlled by Hanoi Load Dispatch Center at 04 levels: controlled by the Load Dispatch Center; by the control room at the substation; by control and protection cabinets at each compartment; and by the equipment itself.

The putting into operation of Ho Yen So 110kV substation (Yen So Park) will contribute to reducing the loss of capacity and power of the local power grid, at the same time improving the power quality and power supply reliability. In addition, the substation will support the interconnection of medium-voltage sources of 110kV substations, ensuring the development of a stable power grid structure in accordance with the planning, meeting the needs of the current economic, cultural, social development, security and defense, and the future development.
