Normally, for a project with a scale similar to a 500kV circuit 3 line project, investment preparation work usually takes 2-3 years to start construction. From the first installation and construction packages, up to now, after more than 210 days with over 5,000 hours, the items have reached the finish line one after another, creating a mark of the spirit of circuit 3 and a miracle of the electricity industry. According to Mr. Vo Hoai Nam, Member of the Board of Directors of the National Power Transmission Corporation - EVNNPT, with difficulties due to the very large volume of steel poles (145,000 tons) and having to deliver goods in a short time, contractors produce domestically. being overloaded, EVN/EVNNPT urged contractors to increase production capacity and look for subcontractors as soon as the delay was detected. At the same time, flexibly transfer different types of columns between construction and installation packages to synchronize the supply of columns to completed foundation positions to limit the need for foundations waiting for columns. In addition, EVNNPT accelerated the acceptance and payment progress so that the contractor would have funds to continue purchasing materials and increasing human resources to fabricate and produce steel columns.

The General Confederation of Labor of Vietnam, Vietnam Electricity Trade Union, Confederation of Labor of provinces and Trade Unions of units organized hundreds of delegations to visit and give gifts to workers on the construction site with an amount of about 20 billion VND. On the morning of August 29, Vietnam Electricity Group (EVN) and National Power Transmission Corporation (EVNNPT) held the inauguration ceremony of the 500kV circuit 3 line project from Quang Trach (Quang Binh) to Pho Noi (Hung Yen).
