Ta Nung hydropower plant is located on Cam Ly Stream with two turbines of 4.5 MW each. The total investment capital for this project is posted at 100 billion dong.
The hydropower plant is supposed to finish basic construction work and to be put into operation in the end of 2010.
In addition to contribution electricity to the national grid network of 12 million KWh per year, Ta Nung hydropower plant will also support in improving the environment conditions and setting up a new ecotourism area and resort in the local area.
