People Committee of Thua Thien – Hue province has agreed to assign Truong Phu Hydropower Joint Stock Company to carry out the project on A Lin Hydropower Company.

A Lin Hydropower Company has the capacity of 62 MW and the annual power output of 268.49 million kWh. The plant is constructed in three communes, namely Phong Xuan (Phong Dien district), Hong Trung and Hong Van (A Luoi district). The total investment of the project is nearly VND 1,361 billion. The construction will be started in quarter IV and generated in the end of 2011.
This is the hydropower plant which has the second largest capacity preceded by A Luoi Hydropower Company in Thua Thien – Hue.
