Training course on information management system and customer service

On two days of November 6 and November 7, 2008, in Da Nang, Power Company 3 (PC3) cooperated with Information Technology Center (EVNIT) to organize the opening ceremony of the training course on information management system and customer service. There were 128 trainees from business and customer service departments in power plants and branches belonging to PC3 attending the ceremony.

The trainees were given the overview of CMIS program, the program on customer care, the functions of the calculating system, the new functions of CMIS system such as contracting printing and land office updating and so on. In the training period, trainees will practice on computers and do seminars, in which they can raise questions that will be answered by lecturers.

This training course is to add the new functions to CMIS system so that the specialized and responsible cadres will get hold of the new system and supply customers with better services.
