Binh Thuan: VND 1,500 billion to construct Duc Hanh Hydropwer Company

At the beginning of March 2008, the Planning and Investment Ministry approved the project on constructing Duc Hanh Hydropower Company (Duc Linh district, Binh Thuan province) invested by Vietnam Construction Investment and Trade Joint Stock Company. The total investment for the entire project is VND 1,500 VND.

The plant is planned as the last ladder step of La Nga river branch with the water level of 99m and the river surface area of 260ha. The capacity of the plant is 42MW and the annual power output is 174 million kWh/year.
