Ho Bon hydropower project: Attempt to generate power in quarter II/2010

Dealing with the problems related to capital and climate, the project has been 60% completed after 4 years. The general contractor is supervising and speeding up the construction of the highway side-track 32, the excavation of 2000m of the base course and the foundation of the crane beam. The project in state of completion is being implemented with the left-side dam.

The additional categories like water gate, the doorway of pressure tunnel and the site plan of the tunnel have been carried out. The category of hydraulic mechanical equipment has been approved with the technical design, the budget plan and the bidding document for the procurement. Ho Bon Hydropower Joint Stock Company is speeding up the progress rate so that the hydraulic mechanical equipment package will be implemented and will officially join the national power network in quarter II/2010.
