Nominate some packages for resettlement in Son La hydropower project

The Prime Minister has approved of the regulation on which the Chairman of the People Committee of Dien Bien province to nominate the package which has the value of more than VND 10 billion (with 5% discount for the ratified installation estimated cost) and the consulting service package which has the value of over VND 500 million. These packages are parts of the urgent project on resettlement in Son La hydropower project in Muong Lay commune and are carried out from now to 2010.
In terms of the catalog of projects which are necessary to be nominated, the Prime Minister, based on the proposal of which the Chairman of the People Committee of Dien Bien province, has assigned the Ministry of Planning and Investment to cooperate with other relevant Ministries and branches to examine and submit to him for approval in September, 2008. Then, the Chairman of the People Committee of Dien Bien province will come to a decision to nominate the packages in line with procurement law.
